At KOKO BAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
